We will look at how we handle our pain, the stories we tell ourselves, core values, emotional and relational literacy, vulnerability, shame, trust, boundaries, grief, forgiveness, anxiety and criticism.
We will look at how to live BIG and how to apply all of this to your role as a leader - especially as you navigate struggle, falls, and failures (hey, we've all been there).

To live a fully Integrated Life™, we need to sustain the courage, compassion, and confidence it takes to lead with integrity and navigate the inevitable life curveballs. We need to develop practices that helps us integrate our WHOLE stories, especially the hard ones so we can dare to show up and be brave with our life and our work - even when the outcome is not certain.
What exactly will we be doing?
You will meet with me bimonthly for 90 minute calls, watch videos, utilize a workbook and a google document where you reflect your key learnings, questions, and insights. Note: Groups will have a private facebook group instead of a google doc to help enhance the group experience.
Why Three months? Can it go longer or shorter?
Great question. This is the amount of time we believe will give you space to do the work and practice it without pushing through it too fast or going too slow and sacrificing momentum.
What if I want to continue after the three months?
I love you are thinking about this possibility. If you want to build on your Rising Strong™ practice, you can sign up for another three month package where we will focus on your developing your own shame resilience practice.
How much business experience do I need to have to benefit from LR?
Business experience is not what I am looking for as much as experience leading personally and professionally - at least 5 years.
How much homework can I expect to do?
There is a little bit of work to do each week - usually around an hour and then however the amount of time you want to reflect and ask follow up questions in your private google document.
You mentioned that this will be Deep Work - how far back in my past experiences will we be digging?
We are not going to be hanging out in the deep end of your past. But we will touch on key experiences and moments as anchors for our work that will help you cultivate a present and future that is not bound by fear and shame rooted in past experiences.
What kinds of leaders do you work with?
I work with leaders who value the whole person, life-long learning, vulnerability (even though they hate it, at times which is understandable because it is HARD!), and who have a desire to have an impact that is both bottom line and human connection. The leaders who get the most out of their work with me are wanting new approaches to growth and change so they can navigate the next season of their leadership by responding differently to overwhelm, fear, and uncertainty so burnout and reoccurring struggles do not hijack them.
